NOTE: League Stats involve the "+5 Rule": The biggest goal "spread" allowed in the league this year is (5). Therefore if your team wins a game 6-0 or 7-1 or 8-0, or any +/- combination that is greater than 5, it's still only counted as a 5 goal win. The winning team will get a +5 and the losing team will get a -5. This is being implemented to prevent teams from running up the score.
This is why you may notice a discrepency between your ACTUAL goals scored and the STATISTICAL goals scored. Consequently, teams on the losing end of those games will notice the adjustment in ACTUAL Goals Against vs STATISTICAL Goals Against. Remember, this is all done in the name of sportsmanship.
